Old Colwyn – Dormer

Our latest project in Old Colwyn, Conwy! A beautiful building in Colwyn Heights. We installed a new dormer roof which is being refurbished. our expertise in craftsmanship and attention to detail. With new OSB boards, dark oak Upvc fascias and guttering, and a complete new Welsh slate roof, this transformation is truly remarkable.

We also added new Velux windows, allowing an abundance of natural daylight to fill the space. The house owner, Mr. Johnathon Luke, project managed this endeavor himself, resulting in a truly personalized touch.
